You can keep the plushies you win from the machines, or trade them for an upgraded plushie or prize at the front desk.

Collect as many plushies as you can to exchange for better prizes*!

*Keychains and gachapons are excluded from upgrades.

Only plushies won on the same day are eligible for upgrades.

Our Goal is Fun & Fairness for Everyone!
At cozy claw, we want every guest to have a fun and positive experience. While our claw machines are a mix of skill and chance, we do our best to ensure they are fair and winnable.

How much does it cost to play the claw machines?

One token ($1) for one play.

Token Packages*:

$20 - 20 Tokens

$40 - 44 Tokens

$50 - 58 Tokens

$70 - 82 Tokens

$100 - 116 Tokens

Do you accept card or cash?

We accept card payments at the front desk and bills up to $100 at the self-serve token dispenser.

Quarters are accepted.

How many plushies can you win?

On average, guests who spend $40 (which gives you 44 tokens) typically win 4 or more. However, results can vary from person to person depending on skill, timing, and a little bit of luck.

If at any point you feel like your experience wasn’t as enjoyable as expected, please let us know! We’re more than happy to reset machines or offer a few extra tokens to help make things right. Your happiness matters to us, and we truly want you to leave smiling.

Do you host birthday parties or events?

Yes! We're now offering private event reservations where you can have the entire arcade to yourself for a set time. Please note that we currently don't provide food, tables, or party setups. If you're interested in booking a private event, please contact us at cozyclawaz@gmail.com.

This experience was so fun! I am thrilled something like this is open here in AZ. We watch videos of places like this in Japan & now it’s a reality in our own backyard.
