Welcome to cozy claw™! We’re so excited to share how our family’s dream became a reality.

 

Starting a business was never something we imagined, but our love for claw machines changed that. On our family road trips to Las Vegas, we discovered the growing number of claw machine arcades there. They quickly became a highlight of our trips—we just couldn’t get enough of the fun and excitement!

 

One day, on our way home, it hit us: "Why not open our own claw machine arcade?" We wanted to bring that same joy we found on our trips back home to our community in Gilbert, Arizona. It felt like the perfect opportunity.

 

We began searching for the right location, knowing we wanted to stay close to home. After some searching, we found the perfect spot and got to work making our dream a reality!

 

When it came to the design, we wanted something different from the usual bright lights and neon colors. Instead, we chose softer tones, natural wood, and lots of plants to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. That’s how cozy claw was born. Our logo—a sleepy, cozy panda—gives a nod to our Asian heritage and reflects the warm, inviting vibe we want everyone to feel when they walk in.

 

We know claw machine arcades are still new to our area, and not everyone’s had a great experience with them before. But at cozy claw, we’re here to change that! Our arcade is Japanese-inspired, and we’ve made sure our games are fun, exciting, and—most importantly—winnable! We want you to have such a great time that you can’t wait to come back and bring your friends and family along.

 

As a small, family-owned business, we’re learning as we go. We’re balancing this venture with full-time jobs (shout out to our fellow pediatric nurses!) and raising our kids. We appreciate your support and patience as we work to create the best experience possible for you.
